Guy’s – THIS ONE’S FOR YOU!
GUYS – this one’s for you!! If you are looking for a challenging workout to increase your stamina, strength and endurance – this class is for you! Workouts are challenging, interesting and different every day! Classes include kettlebells, kickboxing, MMA Conditioning, TRX Suspension Training, Weight Training, Cardio and Cross Training. Classes are held Mon – Thurs 8:15 pm! Starting April 2013 we are including sports nutrition and adding an addition day to work out to help you kick it up a notch and get super fit for summer! Class size is limited to 10!
